How we protect your personal information?
We will maintain your personal information in a secure database which is only accessible by password and is protected by the use of firewalls. This site takes all feasible and reasonable precautions to protect the personal information that we collect from you. Every staff member must sign a Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement wherein he/she agrees not to improperly use and/or disclose any personal information about clients or other individuals who have contacted Renue. We do not use the information in the database for any purposes other than facilitating your future orders, or to permit us to notify you of products, services, workshops and retreats offered by Renue.
We do not store your credit card numbers or expiry dates in our database. Consequently, each time you choose to purchase an item, you will have to re-enter your personal information and credit card information to complete the order.
Our website may contain links to other websites. Please note that when you click on one of these links, you will be leaving our website and entering another website. We encourage you to read the privacy statements of these linked sites as their privacy policies may differ from ours.
Opting out of receiving communications with us
If you do not wish to receive communications from Renue, you can opt out of receiving such communications by either following the instructions in each such communication or by contacting Renue (email address below) at any time. It may take up to ten days to process a request received by email.

- Any unopened (still in its original packaging)

Refunds
You will be notified of your refund via email after we have received and processed the returned item(s). You can expect a refund for your purchase(s) in the same form of payment originally used, 7 to 14 business days after we receive your return.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on any items.
Sales Tax
Taxes will not be applied, with the exception of orders shipping to the state of South Dakota, which will be charged the 6.5% South Dakota Sales Tax.
